THIS OFFERING IS FOR ONE (1) NOS WW2 MILITARY SURPLUS CUSHMAN MODEL 53 AIRBORNE SCOOTER 37/64 WHEEL RIM WRENCH, still sealed it’s original WW2 overseas packaging with the black protective anti-corrosion coating. I’ve not broken open the packing out of respect for the serious Cushman collectors who might want to compliment their restored airborne scooters with original NOS “virgin” Cushman Motor Works accessories. The tool is inside the wrapping, I promise! This past summer I sold what I thought was the last one of these wrenches, it’s package had been opened. The buyer made it pretty clear that he wished that I hadn’t broken the original seal. I just ran across this one in my tool box last weekend and figured it would sell better unopened… Good luck. This is my old project truck. It started out as a teal greenish blue fleet side, It has military markings under the hood, was painted Solid white with the hint of door decals when I bought it. The fleet side bed was dented in pretty good So I found this step side bed and placed it on the truck. IT IS 46 YEARS OLD AND NOT NEW it currently has it’s original granny 4 speed, trailer brakes, the engine is now a 350, supposed to be a 4 bolt main? 4 barrel aluminum scorpion intake, edelbrock 4 barrel with open headers. Truck cranks VERY LOUD NO EXHAUST and drives on it’s own power, Brakes need some attention. Not road worthy yet, BUT CLOSE. It is in old grey primer, NOWHERE near ready to paint, there are dings, small dents, small rust areas, etc, see pictures. It is a very good starting point if you want to restore one or build an old rat. Comes with a LEGAL georgia bill of sale only, which can be Notarized if need be, we can also have a vin verification letter filled out by a local police officer if needed so that you may obtain a tag in your state. There is a small dent in the cab over the passenger side that needs pulled if you want to restore the truck, Just look over the pics and if you are serious ask any questions before you bid, this will be a reserve auction it is set at a fair price. Full payment is due for the truck within 5 business days regardless of how long it takes you to have the truck transported.
